- The contest runs March 14th through Midnight (MST) on May, 9th 2025, all entries must be submitted by Midnight (MST) on May 9th, 2025. A winner will be announced on May 19th, 2025.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value.
- One entry per email address
- By entering, you agree to receive emails from REEB Cycles and RITUAL Mountain Bike Film Tour partners.
- Registration is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Beneficiaries of the bikes may be younger.
- Participation in the REEB Cycles Bike Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. Receiving a bike is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all other requirements.
- This campaign is void where prohibited by law. Entrants assume the total responsibility of knowing their local laws in regard to crowdfunding and fundraising campaigns and are subject to any local, state, national or international laws.
- RITUAL Mountain Bike Film Fest and REEB Cycles accept no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations. Entrants are solely responsible for any taxes on their respective prizes, and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the taxable value of their prize. No substitution prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Bike Sponsor. Bikes are non-transferable. Unclaimed Bikes will not be awarded. Bike will be sized to fit the winner. If a bike, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, the sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
- Winners will be contacted by info@ritualbike.com email and will have one week, until Midnight on May, 16th 2025 to respond to the winners announcement email. After that that period, we’ll draw another winner with the same one week period to claim the prize.
- Winning bike must be redeemed by December 31st, 2025
